We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our small, busy but friendly team.
Overview of the role:
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, processing inbound customer orders/service queries, qualifying sales leads generated by the Marketing team, researching prospective customers as well as making introductory telephone calls. The role also entails keeping abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, coordinating marketing & sales campaigns and participating in trade shows. You must be able to work within a small team where good service defines what sets Rozone apart from the competition.
The initial focus of the role is to provide a spectacular customer experience for a portfolio of existing accounts; there will also be an element of cold calling to both follow up incoming leads as well as to create new leads for the team.
This is an office-based sales role however the successful candidate will also support the Business Development team by attending site visits and assisting with product presentations to small groups.

SALARY PACKAGE: £18,00 to £20,000 + Benefits

EXPERIENCE: experience dealing with customers, ideally phone based. Understanding of a CRM system would be a bonus not a prerequisite, as would an interest in Cycling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good Attention to detail, to be well organised and deliver high levels of accuracy
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Competent IT skills
• Team player but must be able to work independently too.
