The journey to make ROwasher

The ROwasher is a combination of the UK's scientific ingenuity and manufacturing capabilities, with parts sourced across the country. The manufacturing process begins in the Black Country, where we source the ROwasher’s filter mats and electronic components. We partner with these suppliers based on their quality manufacturing knowledge, to produce the innovative parts cleaning system.

Plastic mouldings are then sourced from Lancashire, with control box covers and seals from Dudley, to produce a robust machine capable of withstanding workshop environments. From here, we take a trip to Wednesbury to source wheel axels, which allow our customers to have efficient mobile cleaning performance. Wheels are sourced from Peterborough, bringing us further along our journey to the construction of a quality British parts washing machine.

The journey continues with reliable heaters sourced from Derby, and fluid level sensors from Stratford. With production almost complete, the process moves on to Wolverhampton, to source tough stainless-steel basket filters, before travelling to Nottingham for pumps, and Telford for sink blanking caps.
