We have been working in partnership with a customer in the single-seater motorsport championship for electric cars. Like our F1 customer, they were specific in their equipment requests and the tight timescales involved.

What Problem Needed to Be Solved?

They wanted to clean vehicle components that may be soiled from track day testing and racing.

The cleaning method had to be:

• Environmentally friendly
• Cost-effective
• Safe for technicians to use

A Key Consideration for Technicians

Because their technicians’ time is at a premium, an automated unit was requested to allow them to carry out other duties while cleaning is taking place.

What Problem did We Solve?

We supplied a Hot Wash. This was an excellent solution for the small team of technicians who clean and service the components. They wanted a machine with an automatic clean which could house several components at one time.
